Strength & Stamina
Strength & stamina empowers participants to become more physically active & to participate in regular physical activity & develop sustainable lifestyle changes. In the small classes, we aim to improve and enhance quality of life, improve mental health, build confidence and reduce risks of comorbiditys. It is a fantastic program which has seen great results and is inclusive of people of all different ages, fitness levels and experience in exercise.
Strength & Stamina is run by Accredited Exercise Physiologists & includes:
- 1 on 1 health consultation to assess current fitness level, to be monitored:
- At the start of the program
- After the 8 weeks of classes
- 2 x 1hr supervised exercise sessions per week for 8 weeks
The program is designed for people who are at an increased risk of developing:
- Cardiovascular conditions e.g. heart disease
- Metabolic conditions e.g. diabetes
Strength & Stamina is also suitable for people seeking to manage their:
- Weight
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol
