At Baulkham Hills Physio, we are excited to introduce our Youth Strength and Conditioning Class, starting on Friday, the 9th of August, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Our program is designed by expert clinicians to break this injury and re-injury cycle, focusing on youth rehab and injury prevention. This class is tailored to build stronger, more resilient youth athletes.
