We are currently seeking an experienced Clinic Director to join our new clinic being custom built in Baulkham Hills and opening in August 2021. We will be working in collaboration with an extremely busy and well regarded GP practice

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Physiotherapy treatments and assessments of a high standard
  • Exercise prescription and the formulation of treatment plans
  • Responsible for the management and development of a clinical team
  • Developing relationships with referrers and the community
  • Working with budgets and KPIs for your clinic
  • Living the core values of our company and ensuring your clinic teams do too

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven success as treating clinician with strong performance results
  • Strong communication skills and leadership skills
  • Excellent management and organisational skills

 

  • Previous leadership experience essential
  • A Bachelor of Physiotherapy OR an equivalent recognised internationally
  • Full AHPRA Registration and professional indemnity insurance
  • Appropriate working visas
  • A valid NDIS check

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year (depending on experience) +  Clearly defined reward structure
