We run a variety of small group classes so that you can find the perfect one (or more than one for you).

Why do we have classes?
To put it simply they are fun and they help you reliably get the results you want. They can also keep you motivated and save you money when compared to doing one on one sessions on their own

Working for more than 20 years in the industry, we realise that the reason why most people don’t get better is because they are too busy to do exercises at home, or when they do they do them incorrectly..

Why small classes?

We find having smaller numbers allows us to focus more on each participant and ensure you are doing things correctly and safely. Plus we can always adjust anything you are having trouble with on the spot. We have various options to join our classes, from casual to a monthly single class or weekly membership unlimited class package.
